Universal precision vice for sensitive clamping and tensioning of rotationally symmetrical and prismatic precision parts with sensitive surfaces or materials. The device is made of hardened, corrosion-resistant steel (NIRO) and includes a wide range of accessories.

All surfaces are ground with high precision (< 2µm). Workpieces can be clamped precisely and repeatably (high-precision clamping surfaces with horizontal and vertical prisms (< 5µm) with clamping slides both horizontally and vertically. The position of the vice can be maintained (fixation on the cross table or on the fixture). The smallest diameters from 0.1 mm up to 25 mm can be gently brought into the measuring or machining position.

The dimensions: Length: 95 mm, width: 30 mm, height: 27.5 mm. The accessories consist of three prismatic clamping pieces with three clamping bolts and 1 DIN 4762 M4x10 for clamping the vice and the fixture. The delivery includes a transport box.
