The illustrated positioning system is characterized by the highest precision and flexibility. It consists of the following components:

  • cross-positioning table adjustment range 50 x 50 mm
  • mechanical spindles with 1 mm pitch (optionally available with Mitutoyo Digimatic built-in measuring spindles with a resolution of 0.001 mm)
  • rotary table: 360° continuously rotatable with engraved scale with 1° division, can be locked in place every 45°
  • BM15 precision guide equipped with slide, mounting plate and holding devices, ideal for holding a zoom lens, for example, Kitozoom
  • mounted on a BM-25 precision guide

The entire unit is mounted on a robust BM-25 precision guide. Optionally also available without this guide. The system is ideally suited for precise positioning and rotation applications in laboratories, factory automation and measurement technology. Thanks to the modular design and optional components such as the high-resolution Mitutoyo measuring spindles, the system can be optimally adapted to individual requirements.
