Increased process reliability
In the process descriptions for optical quality control, it is often required that the calibration must not be set incorrectly when changing the optical magnification. With manual raster zoom systems, we have to set the optical magnification on the zoom and switch the Metric measuring software to the set zoom level with the corresponding calibration. This could be forgotten if the system is operated incorrectly, leading to incorrect measurement results in the measurement report.
To meet these requirements, we offer a motorized version of the Kitozoom system. The zoom range is divided into 10 stages. Each stage of the motorized zoom is calibrated in the Metric measurement software and can be called up via hotkeys. When the hotkeys are clicked, the calibration is automatically adjusted so that errors are ruled out.
For applications with highly reflective materials or cross-sections, the system is available with additional coaxial illumination. This illumination can be used with attachment lenses 2x, 1.5x and without attachment lens.
Please note that the required LED cold light source and the flexible light guide are not included in the prices listed here and must be ordered separately.
A high-quality LED ring light with dimming and segment switching as well as a diffuser for the LED ring light are included in the scope of delivery.
The motorized zoom system is completely encased in a protective housing and is mounted on a precision height adjustment. The base plate is available as a closed version or with a dimmable LED bottom light integrated into the base plate. This version of the base plate also has various hole patterns with internal threads for positioning tables or cross measuring tables, which are selected separately according to your requirements and offered by us (the prices quoted here do not include cross tables).
