The precise visual inspection of turned parts, milled parts or electronic components often requires an outstanding depth of field that cannot be fully realized with a camera alone. This is why we combine the advanced stereo microscope with the powerful HDMI camera KTIOCAM in the NEXIUS trinocular to ensure that even the finest details and structures can be captured with impressive depth of field.
Fast inspection, especially depending on the material, is made considerably more ergonomic by the camera's autofocus system compared to permanent inspection using eyepieces. If additional depth of field is required, users can fall back on the eyepieces at any time. The KITOCAM also enables images and video sequences to be saved quickly.
To meet the requirements of larger parts, we use the KITO-10-HDMI stand, which, unlike conventional stereo microscope stands, offers an extended height adjustment of 450 mm. This enables the inspection of larger parts under the stereomicroscope. In addition, it is possible to use special illuminations such as the Sunflower and still position large parts optimally.
The 0.5x attachment lens is already included in the price and scope of delivery, as a greater working distance between the lens and the specimen is required when using the special Sunflower illumination.
The KITO-NEXIUS-HDMI system is available with or without HDMI camera and C-mount adapter. When equipped with lighting, we offer the system either with a simple LED ring light with sequential switching or with the special Sunflower lighting. Please note that the lighting is not included in the specified prices and must be ordered separately.

OKULARS:
The NexiusZoom Evo comes with a pair of HWF 10x/ 23 mm eyepieces.
HEAD:
Trinocular head with 45° inclined tube. Both eyepieces with ± 5 diopter adjustment. Interpupillary distance adjustable from 54 mm to 75 mm. The trinocular head comes with a beam splitter with fixed light path (50:50). NexiusZoom EVO models are now equipped with click stops. These detent steps are important when the microscope is to be used in conjunction with a USB 3.0 camera and measurement software (calibration of the magnification steps in the measurement software).
OBJECTIVES:
The NexiusZoom Evo is equipped with a plan achromatic 1:8.4 objective with 0.65x to 5.5x magnification. Field of view from 35.4 mm to 4.2 mm. Long working distance of 110 mm.
PRE-ADJUSTMENT LENSES:
Available are 0.3x / 0.4x / 0.75x / 1.5x and 2.0x are available. All lenses are anti-fungus treated.
