ATTENTION: The inductive bands are not supplied by us as spare parts. For the replacement of defective inductive bands, the measuring system must be sent to us. For versions V4 to V6, it is unfortunately necessary to replace the electronics when replacing the inductive band if this is not yet from the latest generation or has already been replaced during an earlier repair. Please note the following information
After receipt of your measuring device, it will first be completely checked for the functionality of the individual components. In this context, the device will be cleaned and test measurements will be performed. Afterwards you will receive a quotation for possible parts to be exchanged, the working time and the recalibration of the measuring system. This work will only be started after we have received your written approval. After the replacement of defective parts, the measuring system will be stored in the air-conditioned measuring room for 24 hours. After this period the factory test report will be issued. Please allow approximately 14 days for delivery from the time we receive your order until it is shipped to you.
Please note that we replace the outer packaging if we are of the opinion that a safe transport in the old packaging is no longer guaranteed. When shipping the Electronic Scale to us, please be sure to observe the following instructions:
- Do not simply ship the measuring system in the storage box
- If possible, pack the measuring system in the original carton
- Please do not use wooden boxes under any circumstances - we refuse to accept wooden boxes
- Turn the magnifying glass all the way down
- Fix the measuring slide on the right side by means of the clamping screw
