KITO-30-MT-50-P
The model KITO-30-MT-50-P is a configuration with a cross measuring table 50 x 50 mm, with two digital measuring spindles (Mitutoyo Digimatic) as well as two data cables and an interface (Steinwald) for transferring the X and Y coordinates to the Metric MT measuring software. Why do we need an interface? Imagine you have to measure a test piece with a tolerance of ± 5 µm, but the diameter of the test piece is 30 mm. If we now use a low magnification to completely image the part to be measured, we get a pixel resolution of approx. 17 µm at 30 mm. This means that the specified measuring accuracy can no longer be maintained. So we use a correspondingly high magnification with a low pixel resolution and can transfer the coordinates to the measuring software using the cross measuring table and measure them there with the corresponding accuracy.
Of course, we can supply the system without an interface and data cable if these are not required. Delivery with the Metric PE is also possible. The cross table can also be supplied for 12 mm diameters instead of the 18 mm holders. Please note that this configuration has an accuracy of ± 5 µm over the 50 x 50 mm. Alternatively, a cross table with SCD system can be used, which offers an accuracy of ± 2 µm. Weight: 12 kg, dimensions: 580 x 400 x 550 - 670 mm.
