The standard protocol of the MeshCheck offers the following measurement values: Diameter of the yarn thickness as well as the mesh opening in warp and weft direction, measurement of the angularity as well as calculation of the open areas in percent with simultaneous evaluation of the faulty openings that are outside the tolerance limits. The number of mesh openings within and outside the tolerance are shown separately. The faulty openings are automatically marked in colour. At the same time, the software calculates the defective area as a percentage. In the PDF protocol, the test image is printed out together with all measured values. As an extended function, Meshcheck offers an individual mesh evaluation in the standard report. The individually numbered measurements in X and Y direction of the mesh openings are displayed in an Excel table.

As an extension, MeshCheck offers protocols according to DIN ISO 3310-1,3310-2, 3310-3 , DIN ISO 9044 and ASTM, which are necessary for the evaluation of fabrics or test sieves in filtration. When switching languages, the programme creates the protocols in the respective national language. On the second page of the protocol, the evaluations are drawn as graphic statistics.

If the software cannot or should not be combined with already existing microscopes (the decisive factor is the viewing area of the microscope with camera), we supply stationary systems with or without manual cross-slide tables and manual zoom systems. These systems are of component design and can be further expanded at any time.

For automated measuring processes we offer stationary systems with motorised XY stages. For fast adjustment of the optics, the Z-axis is also available motorised. The zoom optics can also be motorised for reasons of process reliability. The user only has to change the magnifications in the software. The USB camera systems shown here are not included in the price of the MeshCheck.
