Supplied with glass insertion plate for incident and reflected light measurements. Resolution of the integrated measuring system is 0.05 µm. The load capacity of the cross measuring table is 5 kg. 

If the MT-50-SCD cross measuring stage is used in conjunction with the Metric measuring software, it is not necessary to use the SCD position indicator. In this case, the Sensor_Ready Interface can be used for data transmission (MT-50-SRD).
