We charge €80.00 per working hour for repairs. These costs do not include spare parts. After receipt of the goods to be repaired, we will first send you a quotation for the repair. The service work can only be carried out after the repair quotation has been approved.

 

If you are not located within the European Union, please contact us BEFORE shipping regarding customs clearance (temporary import). Any costs and additional working hours incurred by us due to incorrect declaration or organisation during an import or temporary import will be charged to you.
