Concentricity Pro is the ideal, high-precision device for positioning small tools such as drills, milling cutters and small step drills with absolute precision for measurement. We supply the Original Rollomatic Concentricity Pro in the standard version as shown above or optionally with an adapter plate, which already contains the holes with countersinks for mounting on the MT-50 and MIT-50 cross measuring tables. The dial gauges shown and the cross measuring table are not included in the scope of delivery.

The Rollomatic "V-Block" Concentricity Pro eliminates measurement errors associated with conventional concentricity gauges. The device is capable of measuring the concentricity of cylindrical parts with an accuracy of less than 0.00004" (1 micron) and is ideal for use in the cutting tool, stamping, semiconductor, automotive and aerospace industries.

The combination of a special rotary drive (patent pending) with the traditional "zero-error" carbide V-block system provides concentricity measurement for use on comparators or as a stand-alone unit with dial gauges or laser scanners. The special end stop (patent pending) is spherical so that only one point of the stop touches the centre of the workpiece. The unique, patent-pending drive roller enables very slow rotation of the component, which is particularly suitable for testing cutting tools such as end mills, step tools and drills.
