Cellcheck N-SLS: A mobile testing and measuring system for precise 2D measurements, equipped with an integrated LED system consisting of 24 diodes. These LEDs can be operated directly on the stand and offer individually adjustable brightness thanks to integrated dimming. This makes defects visible that would remain hidden with uniform illumination. The USB 2.0 camera with 2,592 x 1944 pixels (5 MP) guarantees high-quality images. The tripod is suitable for rolls, pipes, curved objects and flat materials. A flexible USB connection cable supplies both the camera and the lighting with power and transfers the image information to the computer. The scope of delivery includes lenses with 200x, 320x and 475x magnification, a carrying case and a calibration disk with 0.1 mm and DAkkS protocol.
In addition to the standard objectives, other objectives with significantly higher magnifications are also available. Details on fields of view, working distances and magnifications can be found in the matrix below. The lenses can be changed using a convenient and quick-to-operate magnetic system.

In conjunction with the Metric PE or Metric MT measuring software, the system can be installed on various laptops or PCs. The measuring software is activated using a dongle. The measuring software is calibrated using the supplied calibration disk with a graduation of 0.1 mm and a DAkkS protocol. After calibration, the measuring software automatically creates a calibration protocol which, in conjunction with the DAkkS protocol of the calibration disk, enables reliable traceability to national standards. This means that the Cellcheck N-SLS measuring system can be integrated into your measuring equipment management and certification documentation.
