KITOZOOM USB zoom microscopes offer a versatile and cost-effective solution for retrofitting existing measuring systems and modernizing older microscopes. These systems often replace traditional profile projectors in grinding machines and are also used when existing microscope systems need to be upgraded.
Efficient retrofitting of existing systems:
A defective optical system in an existing microscope or video microscope does not necessarily mean that the entire system has to be replaced. High-quality components such as heavy microscope stands or cross-measurement tables can continue to be used in combination with the KITOZOOM system. In such cases, the Metric MT measurement software enables the precise reading of the XY coordinates of existing cross tables via an interface. This solution is significantly more cost-effective than purchasing a completely new system.
Various configurations and expansion options:
The KITOZOOM systems are available in different versions, including models with protective housing, precision guides or raster zoom systems with other magnification factors. The standard configuration includes:
- USB 3.0 industrial camera with 5.6 megapixels, integrated in a protective housing.
- Dimmable LED ring illumination with 98 LEDs for optimal illumination.
- Optical accessories such as close-up lenses (0.5x) and adapters (0.67x) for flexible magnifications.
At the highest level, the camera system is mounted on a 400 mm precision guide and features fine adjustment of the optical unit for precise focusing. Additional illumination systems and optical configurations are available for demanding applications.
Powerful measuring software and certified accuracy:
The Metric MT measuring software included in the scope of delivery is ideal for 2D measurement tasks and offers an intuitive user interface for industrial applications. Each system comes with a calibration disk (0.1 mm pitch) and a DAkkS calibration protocol to ensure high precision.
