MT-X-50: Precision length and distance measuring device: Our MT-X-50 precision length and distance measuring device offers users an accurate and reliable solution for their measuring requirements. This device consists of a high-precision BM-15 guide on which two guide carriages with holders, dial gauge and support plate are mounted, enabling a wide range of applications. Please note that the prices quoted here do not include Digimatic micrometers from Mitutoyo. The micrometers must be ordered separately if required.
Features: Precision guide BM-15: Basis for exact measurements. The BM-15 precision guide is a central component for precise measurements. It consists of two guide carriages: a lockable one for the Mitutoyo Digimatic dial gauge and another one for the mounting plate. This configuration enables flexible positioning and fast, precise measurements. The stationary spindle of the dial gauge is attached directly to the mounting plate, which ensures absolute precision in the X-axis. This allows length values to be determined under the microscope with maximum accuracy.
Compatibility with tool measuring systems: The support plate is identical to the plates of our CT series tool measuring systems, which enables the integration of accessories such as insert prisms or the Concentricity Pro from Rollomatic. It is also possible to mount the measuring device on our CT-6000-G tool measuring system (web taper measurement).
Option for customization: We offer support for custom fixtures by providing PDF drawings or stepfiles of the fixture and adapter plate.
Expandability: The measurement unit can be used with an optional rotation stage, positioning stage or cross table and is compatible with KITOZOOM series video microscopes and Metric measurement software for data transfer of position values.
